A fulfilling life can be recovered, a meaningful existence can be expanded.

Therapy & Fee

Things can change. It is this fact that drives psychotherapy. The act of speaking combined with the guiding intention of another can be the catalyst of that change and the beginning of something profound and new. My work is primarily psychodynamic and I provide a space where clients can be truly heard, many for the very first time.

Whether you've found yourself here because difficulties have arisen in your life, or you're on a lifelong exploration for meaning, my style invites engagement and encourages you to become active in your own cultivation.

I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples who are negotiating complex issues of identity and life transition including but not limited to;

Mixed-race/ethnicity, Interracial relationships, Mixed families, Blended families, Queer and/or Questioning, First-generation college students/graduates, Upward mobility/success, Career change/Transitions, Impostor experience, Sexuality and Desire.

  • $180 per session; Sliding-Scale available*

  • Located in the James Flood Building at Market and Powell my office is easily accessible by BART or Muni

*I believe therapy should be affordable for everyone. If cost is an issue, don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your options.

A graduate of California Institute of Integral Studies Community Mental Health program and a current adjunct professor for the MA in Counseling Psychology program at CIIS, I provide individual and group therapy with local youth and their families through a local mental health agency, and work with individuals, couples, and families here, at my private practice.

I have experience working with people from many backgrounds and encourage anyone, regardless of circumstance or life experience to reach out. I especially enjoy working with those who are motivated to create fulfilling and lasting change for themselves, their relationships, and their families. All are welcome.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
